Ok lets begin...
Open your template
CTRL-D to duplicate
Close the original
Delete the copyright layer

Select your bottom layer
Open your paper of choice
Edit - copy
Close the paper
Select all, float, defloat
New raster layer
Paste into selection
Delete the original layer
do the same with the rest of the layers.

I used a gradient instead of papers for some of the layers.
Just put it in your "My PSP Files" folder in the gradients.

Apply drop shadow to layers with the following settings (optional)



I changed the colors of the diamonds to match my tag using manual color correctino



The elements I used for tag are listed below
Resize them appropriately, usually about 50%
Just Copy and paste them as a new layer
See my tag for placement
Add drop shadows

Apply this gradient glow to copyright if you wish


If you want to animate it see the bottom, if not-

Merge visible and your done

FOR ANIMATION:

Activate your diamonds layer
Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - H/S/L
Change the lightness to 5
Copy merged
Open animation shop
Right click and paste as new animation
Back to PSP
Undo the lightness
Redo it with 10
Copy merged
Back to AS
Paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo 10
Copy merged
Back to PSP
Paste after current frame

Save as gif
